A selection of the best industrial design, with more than 150 products designed and marketed in the last two years (22–24).

The Premi ADI 2024 Exhibition from May 31 to August 25.

The exhibition at DHUB is organized by the ADI-FAD (Industrial Design Association for the Promotion of Arts and Design). It collects 170 selected products and projects from among those presented at the ADI Awards.

It is an essential exhibition to know what is happening today in the industrial design sector in our country, as it collects commercialized products from areas as diverse as design for food, digital devices, design for the body, accessories and tools, exterior equipment, interior equipment, lighting, construction materials and elements, mobility and packaging.

The objects have been selected by the committee of experts formed by Maria Baxauli, Jordi Ballesta, Daniel Caballero, Pilar Chiva, Jim Palau, Mireia Andreu, Ricardo Zuccarelli, Jordi Esteve, Valérie Bergeron, Tomàs López, Ariadna Rousaud, Lucia Bruni, Raul Garcia , Elsa Yranzo, Alejandra Gandia-Blasco, Júlia Esqué and Agnès Blanch.

The use of sustainable materials has also been decisive in the selection of the winning products. In this line, the Ossby Geo folding bicycle stands out, made with biocompost of plant-based oil and recycled fiber from wind turbine blades; the Eco Kraft industrial drum from the company Joaquín Alberto, created with post-consumer recycled material from Tetrapack packaging; or the collection of Bany L’Avenir products, by Indústries Cosmic, made with recycled polystyrene obtained from refrigerators and yogurt containers.Three Opinion Awards were also given, chosen by voting among the members of ADI-FAD, and two honorary awards: the Delta Trajectória Award for the Montesa motorcycle company and the ADI Cultura Trajectória Award for at the Mies van der Rohe Foundation.

In this edition, the awards jury highlighted a wide variety of very different types of products. Well-known companies such as Lékué, with a product for making yogurt and kefir, Roca Sanitarios, with a toilet with an integrated tank, or a lamp from Marset have taken home a Delta d’Or, together with other companies more unknown to the general public, such as X1 Wind, creator of a floating wind system, Stark Future, manufacturer of an electric propulsion cross motorcycle, or Ceràmica Ferrés, which has created a constructive system of ceramic elements from La Bisbal.

Product design studios such as Ànima Design, Nacar Design, Lúcid Design Agency, Oiko Design Office, Emiliana Design or Artec Studio have been the authors of many of the awards, as well as renowned designers such as Miguel Milá, Lavernia & Cienfuegos, Estudi Antoni Arola or Joan Gaspar.

Numerous health products, such as an artificial placenta, from BCNatal (La Caixa Research + Hospital Clínic + Hospital de Sant Joan de Déu), a device to create hyperrealistic ultrasounds with AI, from Huno Visual IA, designed by I-Mas, a heart monitor from the company Qardio or a respiratory protection mask from BLS Iberia have also been highlighted by the jury.

The jury of the Delta Awards, formed by Raffaella Mangiarotti, Lucas Muñoz, Phillipe-Albert Lefebvre and Marisa Santamaría, has chosen 9 Delta Gold, 20 Silver, 99 Bronze and 3 Mentions.
